Join this interactive and educational workshop focusing on building an understanding of what is Anxiety and why it is helpful. By learning how to recognize what is physically happening in our bodies when the alarm system is activated we are in a better position to recognize potential threats and work towards feeling safe.

Learn mindfulness skills and participate in an art therapy exercise leaving you equipped with tools to understand the impact anxiety has on the body and mind, soothe anxiety, and learn how to find safety within.
