Join us for an interactive and educational workshop designed to help you understand anxiety and its purpose. We’ll explore what happens in the body when the "alarm system" is triggered, so you can better recognize potential threats and begin to feel safe again.
Through mindfulness techniques and an art therapy exercise, you’ll gain practical tools to manage anxiety, soothe your mind and body, and discover ways to cultivate safety within yourself. By the end of the session, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of anxiety and new strategies to navigate and calm it.
